Signed by David Graham on the 13th June 2018 at his home

Comes with a Sante Claus certificate of authenticity

Besides playing Parker, David was also the voice of Brains and Gordon Tracy

Packaging shows slight some signs of age, wear and damage

'TRY ME' batteries have depleted and the battery compartment may need cleaning, it is also possible that due to age, the speech will never work again.  If the speech does work, it will be in Japanese
